History[]
Ray was born in London, 1992. He got his power from a mysterious escaped particle in the particle accelerator, when he was part of a school trip.
Origin[]
When he first tried out his powers, he discovered that the dust burns his face as he ran. Later Ray made a helmet for his face to fix the problem.
Because he got filmed by a security camera, the British intelligence service MI12 found Ray. Ray gladly accepted as his family recently got broken by divorce and he was left alone. MI12 payed for Ray's studies and gave Ray a code name: Cyclone Cy.
Ray's first mission is to track down the super-powered outlaw Falling Leaf. Ray then succeeds and thrown Falling Leaf in a well guarded prison.
The Mighty Four[]
On a mission to China, Cyclone got mistakenly presumed as a foreign criminal by the Dynasty. They then fought but the Incredible Inventor and the NitroArc came and solved this misunderstanding.
The Incredible Inventor then came up with the idea of a superhero group. They then founded the Mighty Four.
The Age Of Light[]
After fixing time, the Four and Kristin White joined the newly founded group: The League Of Guardians.
Personality[]
Ray is an outgoing, funny young man. He sometimes can also be mischievous and sometimes overestimate himself.
Powers[]
His power is speed, air manipulation, enhanced reaction time and brief teleport.
Strengths[]
He can dodge bullets and create illusions. Very experienced with his powers and can throw air projectiles.
Weaknesses[]
Overestimate himself sometimes. Not as fast as some others.
